Measuring Venetian Blinds

Determine whether the blind is to be installed inside or outside the recess.

Make sure that you do not deduct from your measurements. For inside the recess installation, there is an automatic deduction of 10-12mm.

We also recommend an total overlay of 75 mm on both width and drop for outside the recess installation.

Mark down all the sizes to the nearest millimeter, measure the width and drop of the recess in multiple places, always making sure you give the narrowest calculations.

Use only a steel tape measure and take notice of any protrusions in the installation area.
