Regarding orders

How do I place an order?

You can place an order any time during the day on our easy-to-use website. Choose the product, input the sizes required, go through the extra options available and you will get an instant quote. Add the product to the basket and either check out or continue shopping for more products.

Can I see samples of the products before purchase?

You can browse through our products and click on the ones you like. There is an option to order a sample above the picture of the product.

Are the samples free or do I have to pay?

You can order up to 10 free samples.

How long do the samples take to arrive?

We are sending most our samples directly from our office with 1st Class post. Some of the product samples need to be ordered from fabric suppliers and they can take a bit longer.

I need to change or cancel my order

Sometimes it happens. You change your mind on the product ordered or you need to make amendments on the sizes or specifications of the product. You can normally be able to do this within 24 hours of your order for our standard delivery products via our contact us page online. If the manufacturing process did not start, we will gladly amend your order. If the product is already in production, we will not be able to change the order due to these being made to measure products. Next Day orders cannot be changed. Please be very careful when you place orders for next day delivery.

I want to add products to my order

Please email or call us and we will add the products for you to the same order so you can benefit from Free delivery and we hope we will be able to dispatch your items together.

I did not receive or cannot find the confirmation of my order and invoice

Do not panic, please contact us with your name and full address and we can find your order in the system and send a copy to you.



I need extra information on your products

You can find all the information on each product when you click on it. Here you will find product information, how to measure, how to install instructions and videos If you cannot find the answer on the product pages, please contact us and our trained advisors will be happy to help.


What is the difference between a chain and cord system on Roman blinds?

The chain system is our most popular option. The blind will go up and down smoothly and evenly by just a gentle pull or release of the chain. The system is very sturdy and can handle the weight of bigger blinds better.

The cord system is great if you have small spaces to install as the actual system is very discreet. You will operate the blind by pulling and releasing the cord placed on the right or left of the blind and lock the blind in position.

I am ordering blackout blinds. Does that mean no light gets in the room?

Where stated that the blind is blackout, or it has blackout lining it means that no light goes through the actual fabric/lining. There will be light going through the side of the blinds unfortunately. To achieve the best blackout please add a curtain as well over your blinds.

How many slat sizes do your wood venetian products have?

We offer a variety of 25, 35 and 50mm slats on most of our wood venetian products. Each product has the options you can select listed.

What wood do you use for your blinds and shutters?

We use 3 types of wood- basswood, real oak and Abachi exotic wood.

Is the wood you use from sustainable sources?

We understand your concerns, but we took care of that. All our wooden products are manufactured from wood sustainably sourced and that has FSC certification.

What blinds shall I have for my bathroom and kitchen?

Ideally, due to high moisture in kitchen and bathrooms we advise you purchase from the “Faux wood” venetian blind collection or our “PVC Express” Shutters. Please click on these categories on the top bar on our main page and you will find them there in that category.

Roller blinds can be used and there is a variety of colours and patterns on this category.

I cannot find the product I want on your website

Sometimes the products are called differently by different retailers and it can get confusing. If you are unsure, please contact us and we are happy to help


I am measuring the inside of the window recess from wall to wall. Do you make any deductions?

For your blind to be fully operational we need to make deductions, and these vary from 3mm to 12mm. Deductions are made from the width on blinds and from the width and drop for Shutters (-4mm). If you order exact size blind (outside recess) no deductions will be made. The information for each blind is clearly stated when you select the inside/outside option on our website.

I received my roller blind, but it has a horizontal line at the top of the blind

The rolls of the fabrics vary from 200cm to 300cm and if the sizes of your window are outside the scope of the fabric, we need to join to pieces of fabrics to achieve larger sizes. If you are unsure, please contact us and our trained operatives are on hand to help.

My roman blind and curtains have vertical joints why is that?

Soft furnishing fabrics come mostly in 137cm flat width. If your blind is outside the scope of the fabrics the blinds and curtains will have vertical joints. Most likely you will have a joint on blinds with widths over 130cm wide and on curtains over 70cm wide.

I have more roman blinds and curtains in one room and the fabric has a pattern. Will the top of all the blinds match?

We automatically pattern match the blinds/curtains with the same drop on an order. If you would like all the other blinds and curtains to match at the top, please contact us and we can arrange that for you.


Why does my roman blind have small stitches across the width of the blind?

We call them stab stitches and they have a very important role in the perfect operation of the blind. They keep the lining and the fabric together when the blind is operated up and down. If blackout lining is selected, we will cover the stitches with small blackout patches at the back of the blind to avoid light going through. The stab stitches are, as closely as possible, colour coordinated to the fabric.

Do you sell blind parts?

If you purchased your product from us we will be able to either send you free of charge components if your blinds are within warranty or charge a discounted fee and postage to send them.

Can I buy vertical blinds slats from you?

You can, but only if you had an order from us in the past. Please contact us and we can get you a price and take an order from you over the phone.

I would like curtains, do they come with hooks?

We provide hooks with all our curtains so no need to rush to another shop last minute.

Do you sell fabrics?

We hate to disappoint you, but we do not sell fabrics, only made to measure products.

I need help measuring my windows

You can download our how to install guide when you click on the product you are planning to order. You will find the PDF file under the product picture on the left hand side

I need help with the installation of my products

Our products come with How to install and care instructions in the box. If you cannot find the instructions in the box please click on the product you ordered on the website and there are instructions and a video on how to install on the left hand side under the product picture.

I want to place my blinds outside the recess. How much do I add each side?

We advise to add 7cm either side of your recess for best coverage and the best look, but it depends on the space you have around the window. On roller blinds please be advised the top where the mechanism is placed is 35mm wider than the cloth. Always allow for this when you measure outside the recess.

Do you sell cushions only?

You can only order matching cushions with your order. If you would like a different fabric, please contact us either in writing or call us and we can try to help you the best we can.

Do you offer a design, measure and fit service?

We do not offer this service we are afraid. We only sell our products online to offer the best price and product variety.

I received my order, but the sizes or specifications do not match with what I ordered.

Oops, from time-to-time things can go wrong as all the products are handmade. Please contact us straight away with as many details as possible. If we got it all wrong, we would send new blinds or repair the product for you free of charge.

I am not happy with the quality of my blind

All our products are handmade with highest attention to detail. However, if you are unhappy with the products, please let us know in writing and we will try to help the best we can.


I opened the box, and I cannot find the installation brackets.

If you carefully unpacked all the protective packaging and made sure you emptied all the boxes and there is no hardware, please contact us urgently and we will pop them in the post for you.

Are my blinds safe for toddlers and small children?

All our blinds are compliant with the Child safety regulations and come with devices to put cords and chains out of reach of children. We would love you bought all your blinds from us but if you have blinds around your house that you do not want to change, please be aware of the dangers of chains and cords. Delivery information

How much does delivery cost?

UK Mainland – Free for orders over £90 and you will only pay a small fee of £6.50 for orders under this value.
For the rest of UK and NI we will contact you with a delivery fee. If you are not happy with the fee you can cancel the order.

How long does it take for my products to arrive?

Products have different lead times and they are stated on our website on the product page before you order. Please be advised they you need to count Working Days. All the products are made to measure to your specification and in exceptional situations there might be delays in deliveries of goods. You will be kept informed, when possible, of any changes to the dispatch dates.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a consignment number and the details of the courier company used for your product the day of dispatch.
If you do not receive the email please use our online contact page and we will find out where your order is and get back to you within 24hrs.


I did not receive my complete order.

We want to offer you the best variety of products and to achieve that we must use different suppliers. That means your order might come in more shipments from different locations and sometimes different couriers will be used.

Also, sometimes couriers can lose some part of the consignment and in this case please check the labels on the boxes, they must say how many boxes were in that consignment. Please report any missing items to us within 24 hours of your delivery.

My goods arrived damaged

We are partnering with only reputable couriers but sometimes they can get it wrong and damage some boxes. Please take a quick picture of the box that is damaged and let us know within 24 hours. We will deal with this issue for you, and you will get your perfect item.
